How to submit an application for a UK visa
We strongly recommend that you visit the Application Centre before making your
application. This will help you save unnecessary waiting time. You will
particularly value the appointment facility during the peak season when long
queues may be an occurrence.
You can make an online application in 4 easy steps:-

Obtain a fee receipt from any designated branch of Standard
Chartered Bank. Please carry a photocopy of your passport data page
when you go to the bank to pay the visa fee. Click here
to ascertain the amount of money required.

Download the Visa Application Form and print it out.
Please arrive at the UK Visa Application Centre 10 minutes before your
appointment time.
You may also visit the Application Centre without making a prior appointment.
Who needs to submit the application?
It is mandatory to submit an application for a UK visa in person.

How long will it take for your application to be processed?
We recommend that you apply at least three weeks before your intended date
of travel. It is in your interest not to purchase your travel tickets before
your visa has been issued.
Processed applications can be collected from the UK Visa Application Centre in
Kathmandu.
Do I have to be interviewed by an officer of the British Embassy?
100% decisions are made on the basis of your documentation. There will be no
interviews.
